SHIPPING

Shipping will appear on the PayPal site during checkout. We accept PayPal for all orders online. We do accept checks but ask that you call us to place your order. Your order will be sent after the check clears.

Domestic Shipping is as follows:

$1.00-$50.00 is $5.00

$50.01-$100.00 is $10.00

$100.01-up is $15.00


RETURNS


All returns must be submitted within 15 days, unused, with all tags attached. Item must be in restock able condition. We do not take returns on Webkinz, Tales 4 Tomorrow and Special Orders.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you have a defective item, mail it to us explaining the defect.

A replacement will be sent upon the return of defective item.

If the item cannot be replaced you will receive a full refund.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

 

Note: We have a low rate of defects.
